Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Meinus. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. There is a $5 restocking fee per item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by way of email at: support@itsmeinus.com along with a short description of your return or exchange. We will then email you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund withing 14 business days or send out your exchange promptly.
